Jerry and Carla made my stay here very pleasant and memorable. I cannot recommend Ahau enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and ” at home.” Every staff member that I ran into daily were all attentive and warm! I felt at peace here and honestly only left the hotel for two nights to eat elsewhere because I thought “cocooned in paradise.”
One night I mentioned that I had a headache and the next thing an ice pack was brought to my room. The level of service was very personable and amazing with their cozumel coral restoration tour suggestions. I would gladly go back and recommended solo travelers and all others to stay there.
I was hesitant when booking this reservation because I had never been to Tulum before and had no prior knowledge of the area. I ended up booking it because it was the same place that my friends were booking, and I can say that I am happy. I followed suit! The resort is in a great location with some excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The beach is beautiful, and the room was great. I loved the food at the resort, there was nothing I tried that I didn’t enjoy, and their coffee is fantastic. The staff at the resort was probably my favorite part. They were so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to do all they can to make the stay comfortable. And, to top it all off, they have dogs that run around the resort! Made my entire trip more enjoyable.
My daughter and I spent a week at Ahau Tulum and didn’t want to leave. The venue and hotel are stunning; the food and drinks (cocktails as well!) were a suburb, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and resolved any small issues quickly and efficiently.
We were rocked to sleep every night by the waves and enjoyed long walks on the beach just outside our door. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely holiday and look forward to our next visit!
We were looking for a place to spend our day on the beach. We had a fantastic lunch with a tremendous view of the ocean with access to a beautiful beach. The food was well served and with exquisite taste and delicious. You can order seafood and fish and great salads with natural ingredients. It was all safe and family-oriented, and the service was impeccable.
