Just got back from the Royalton Bavaro hotel and spa… Spent a fantastic week with family and excellent new buddies N & M. We’ve stayed at other Royalton hotels, but this definitely is the best!
From what we discovered, was built brand new approx 18 months. So this hotel was quite well thought out… from all the amenities, comfort features to the modern and refined decor,
The Diamond Club was the best way to go (recommend the upgrade). The service and care from all the staff was outstanding:-RRB- Our Butler’ or personal host Benedith Silva who combined with Claribel Pena (Diamond Club Manager) and sponsor Max Artiles were there for us every step of the way and took our stay to a different degree. They suggested to try the atv in cozumel mexico tours on our next trip.
The Restaurants and Bars were excellent, the food, drinks, and entertainment great.
The beach from the Diamond Club rooms was only steps away. So we spent all the time on the beach under the umbrellas and swimming in the ocean. At the end of the day, we’d take a dip in one of the many awesome pools they have and occasionally just floating in their beautiful lazy river!
This trip was a little more special as my brother, and his family stayed at The Royalton Punta Cana that was a few hotels over and about a fifteen-minute walk along the shore, so we must spend time together, them seeing us and us seeing them at their beautiful resort!
Some more people to search for that will make you laugh and your stay that much more pleasurable — Elias and Juan from the Diamond club bar, Ramon and Jose, the waiters around the Diamond club pool and the beach.
Blas and Juan from the Diamond Club beach snack bar and ocean side restaurant, and Rosa who greeted us with a smile every morning in the Diamond club seat and of course all the housekeeping employees!
